8. No Placement, Job, or Income Guarantee

• Employment
• Placement
• Income
• Business success
• Client acquisition

Outcomes depend on individual effort, competence, and external market factors.

9. Intellectual Property Rights

All course content, including videos, texts, graphics, assessments, and materials, is the exclusive intellectual property of the Institute.

Learners may not:

• Copy, record, distribute, resell, or reproduce content
• Share materials with third parties
